🍰 No.21 MINI PARFAIT MA’AM

☺Calories: Approximately 72kcal per piece (when using mango & yogurt & Country Ma’am vanilla flavor.)
☺Time required: Approximately 5 minutes
★ Refresh your tired day with fruits, yogurt, and Country Ma’am ★

 

Ingredients (for 6 balls)  
1/ Country Ma’am (Vanilla flavor or Chocolate flavor): 6 pieces
2/ Drained yogurt*: 90g
3/ Your favorite fruits
4/ Your favorite toppings

 

Instructions  
Step 1: Open the packaging of Country Ma’am, and put them on a plate.
Step 2: Place strained yogurt on top of a Country Ma’am cookie.
Step 3: Decorate with your favorite fruits or toppings.

 

🍪Recommended Point: If you chill it in the freezer, the texture changes and it’s delicious!!

*How to make a drained yogurt.
Pour yogurt into a colander lined with a few layers of paper towels. Place the colander in a bowl, cover whole things with a plastic wrap, and place a weight on top. Put it in the fridge for about 2 hours.
