2. Cream cheese: 100g
3. Butter: 30g
4. Powdered sugar: 40g (for matcha cream: 30g sugar & 10g matcha powder)
5. Your favorite fruits or toppings

<Making the Cream>
A/ Butter Cream:
– Whisk softened cream cheese and butter using a mixer (or hand whisk) until the mixture becomes pale.
– Gradually add powdered sugar and continue whisking until stiff peaks form.
B/ Matcha Cream:
– After completing step A, add matcha powder and mix until the cream turns into a smooth green matcha color.
<Assembly>
1. Put the cream into a piping bag and chill it in the refrigerator until firm and easy to handle.
2. Place one piece of Country Ma’am on a plate, pipe the cream on top, and sandwich with another piece to create the “fat macaron” look.
3. Add your favorite fruits or toppings on top.
