NO.14 QUICK AND EASY MOONCAKES WITH COUNTRY MA'AM

★A New Taste Experience with Country Ma'am Mooncakes★
Ingredients: ※for 5 pieces using 50g mooncake mold
1/ Country Ma’am (Chocolate flavor): 14pieces
2/ Flour: 50g
3/ Vegetable oil: 10ml
4/ Sugar: 14g
5/ Water: 25ml
6/ Lemon juice: 1/4 teaspoon
7/ Salt: a pinch
Instructions: ※for 5 mooncake molds
Step1: Crush Country Ma’am cookies into small pieces until it becomes moisturize. Seperate 30g each and roll it into a ball.
Step2: Put sugar, water, lemon juice, and salt into a heat resistant container, microwave for a minute at 500W~600W. Stir until the sugar is completely melt and let it cool to room tempreure.
Step3: Add the flour, the vegtable oil, and the syrup (from step2) into a bowl.
Step4: Using a rubber spatula, mix them until the dough becomes fluffy. Gently knead the dough and put it all together.
Step5: Separate the dough (from step4) 20g each and roll it into a ball. Flatten each ball into a 10cm circle.
Step6: Wrap the ball (from step1) gentley with the circle from step5.
Step7: Place each the ball (from step6) into a mooncake mold and push it out of the mold.
Step8: Preheat the oven to 180℃. Bake the mooncakes for 10~15 minutes.
